The automated behavior should always interact with PRIMARY. The only way Eterm should ever touch CLIPBOARD is if a script directly references it. This is due to the fact that Eterm's copy is always implicit (again, outside of a script). If you have time, feel free to add the clipboard props as well. :) Thanks!
