Ok, I'll add it. Anyway, you can build evas without pthread support. Just 
disable the support with configure options.

I don't remember if i saw that page or not. Anyway, it's not just cython 
that is the problem. See below.

the problem is that ecore_win32 must have a python binding (iirc), and 
after that, ecore_evas binding should use it on Windows. And if possible, 
everything must be done upstream. But i won't be able to do it.
