(Oops! This has nothing to do with localization. It's all about
programming language and dbus API...)

Note to translators:
Dbus Extension - Language... "is a demo module that extends e's core
dbus api to add language control apis. It's to show how to make modules
that extend e's dbus api." - from Raster's answer on #e channel.
