[E-devel] Snapping window content

Is it possible for the window manager to snap the content of a window
?  That is, is it possible to patch enlightenment for example to
enable the user to chose which portion of the client window the user
wil see.  This is could be very useful with applications that provide
unneeded toolbars / sidebars that cannot be removed.
