    When I try to send a signed mail using Thunderbird 68.12.0 (64-bit) from Debian testing repo and Enigmail 2.1.7 I get:

    Error - key extraction command failed
    /usr/bin/gpg --charset utf-8 --display-charset utf-8 --no-auto-check-trustdb --batch --no-tty --no-verbose --status-fd 2 -a --export 0xB65EA8F9********
    gpg: WARNING: nothing exported

    Clawsmail can handle my keys without issue.

    $ gpg --list-secret-keys
    ~/.gnupg/pubring.kbx

    Is there an easy answer? If not I would like to uninstall Enigmail. How can I be sure that all settings are cleared?
    When version 78 is in the repo I'd start from scratch.
    Thank you!

    This looks like you configured a wrong key in your account settings. Go to menu Tools > Acount Settings, select the "OpenPGP Security" tab, and click on the "Select Key". Then select the key that you're want to use.
