To recreate the issue simply go to Enigmail --> Setup Wizard.
You should now get the error message shown in the attached screenshot.
Observed on Windows 7 and 10. Assuming all Windows OS are affected.

As I wrote, the error is language-specific. It's a bug in the translation. You won't be able to reproduce it in English.

I have tested it and you are correct. This bug is not present if installing the English version of Thunderbird. At least that gives us a simply workaround.

So, is this something you can fix in Enigmail? Or should it be fixed in GnuPG? Or should I contact Mozilla so it can get fixed in Thunderbird?

This is a bug in the Danish translation of Enigmail. It needs to be fixed in Enigmail, and I did fix it.
