In the Nightly version of the enigmail extension against latest beta Thunderbird version., sending a signed HTML email with PGP/MIME causes the HTML to be rewritten as plain text - a warning shows up that the HTML will be rewrapped before sending, and if sent with a signature, the HTML is converted to plain text.

This occurs even if the rewrapping signed HTML option is unselected in preferences.

In enigmail v 2.0.9 on Thunderbird 60.4.0, HTML is kept clean using PGP/MIME when sending the exact same e-mail.

I can't reproduce this, and I'm using the latest TB beta sine many weeks. Rewrapping would only happen if the mail is sent as Inline-PGP, i.e. not PGP/MIME.

Please check in the composer window, in the Enigmail menu what protocol is chosen. There can be a number of reasons to make Enigmail switch to inline-PGP, such as per-recipient rules, and account/identity settings.
