using 2.0-beta2, on debian (where pep engine isn't available yet, and enigmail is installed system-wide):

the first time a new user launches thunderbird, the enigmail setup wizard shows up at the same time as the thunderbird setup wizard. This is confusing, because both of these are setup wizards that potentially conflict with one another.

I think the enigmail setup wizard should not appear if no configured e-mail account is present in the running thunderbird folder. Once an e-mail account is configured and working, then we should be able to display the enigmail setup wizard.
