#697 Reload button + icon for message toolbar

It happens quite often that I need to employ Enigmail's "Reload" function.
Unfortunately, this function is only accessible throug the Menu toolbar, which is by default not visible in newer versions of Thunderbird.
Therefore, I propose the creation of a "Reload" button + icon for use in Thunderbird's (read) Message toolbar.
This also happens to be the most logical place to access this Enigmail functionality.
Furthermore by doing so, I could happily do away with the Thunderbird Menu bar and save some screen real estate.

I'm sorry, but I won't create a toolbar button for every single funtion in Enigmail. Just like Thunderbird doesn't offer that.

Toolbar buttons should be available for those functions used most frequently by many users, and not for individual specific needs. Otherwise the TB toolbar menu would contain hundreds of icons.
