Found some more typos in /ui/locale/en-US/enigmail.dtd and enigmail.properties.

There is one string that contains "pre-recipient" rules while the rest of the code spells it "per-recipient". Furthermore there are containing the spellings "maniuplating" and "ocurred". These should be "manipulating" and "occurred".

The attached patch fixes all of these.
