Hi,
I saw the word "recpients" in the UI of enigmail, so went through ui/locale/en-US/enigmail.dtd file to see if it was anything else to report.

Result: found the spellings "recpients", "dont't", "specifiy", "adresses". Attached patch fixes these.

Furthermore there is a place where the label says "Per-Recipient Rules", while the tooltip says "pre-recipient rules". Probably the first one that is correct, but I leave that for you to decide.
