Trunk 1.1: Reengineering object template registration
- extracted classes OxydStone, ConnectiveStone, WindowStone into
own files in src/stones
- eliminated anonymous namespaces braces of these classes
- added new objec template registration at file boot time
(see comments on class Object)

Trunk 1.1: Reengineering Namespaces
- abolished namespaces world, stones, lasers
- all names from these namespaces moved to enigma
Note:
- all objects of the world simulation now reside in the common
namespace enigma
- subsystems as gui, lev, lua are subnamespaces
- server, client namespace still need to be reengineered
