Trunk 1.1: Reengineering object template registration
- extracted classes OxydStone, ConnectiveStone, WindowStone into
own files in src/stones
- eliminated anonymous namespaces braces of these classes
- added new objec template registration at file boot time
(see comments on class Object)

Trunk 1.1: Reengineering Namespaces
- abolished namespaces world, stones, lasers
- all names from these namespaces moved to enigma
Note:
- all objects of the world simulation now reside in the common
namespace enigma
- subsystems as gui, lev, lua are subnamespaces
- server, client namespace still need to be reengineered

- removed old, unused code

Trunk 1.1:
- GridObject pos reengineering:
- pos represents position in world boundaries only if object is on a layer
- items owned by bags store mirrored bag position as pos
- items owned by player inventories store player id as pos
- other items mark the pos as invalid -1,-1
- IsInsideLevel, IsLevelBorder speed optimized

- add group generic for loop: for obj in my_group do ... end
- add group request index for object: idx = my_group[obj] with
nil result if object is not member or my_group
