- fix amd64 problems with scores due to sscanf usage

-> translated illmind09 strings
-> fixed bug in raoul07
-> added corrected version of ss09

Final workover for enigma_de.texi:
Fixed umlauts and some typos.

- fix automake 1.10 problems with manuals (by Tacvek)
- update ratings template
- sync ratings.xml with download server

-> Corrected all "..." it the manuals
-> Added new level "Puzzle Puzzles" (raoul26_1.xml)

- fix save of score after each level completion
- optimize save of score - save only if modified

-> Manual is now fully translated to german.

- fix automake 1.10 problems with tolua compilation (by Tacvek)

Note that umlauts are still unmasked, will correct this later.
