Second part of enigma_de-translation.
Remaining: Chapter 4 and Section 5.1.

- Some corrections in English manual
- First part of German manual translation:
enigma_de.texi now equals enigma.texi in structure
and content, but some passages are still in English.
These have to be translated till 1.0.

- update Hungarian translations

- fix problems with Intel Core Cpu - eliminate assembler code

Small correction to refman:
st-oneway_black and _white do not flip direction
when hit with an it-magicwand.

Fixed shortcut in level "The Builder" (ss09).

- fix noeasy mode for legacy besides per.oxyd
- per.oxyd table for easy mode - currently all levels preset to true

- fix crash on marking a not yet solved level as "u"nsolved
