Change in syntax of lib.soko.create_sokoball for better forward compatibility.

- Libsoko: Change syntax of lib.soko.create_sokoball to ease
further additions. Unknown arguments throw errors.
- Corresponding Refman-entry.
Note:
- Current sokoballs in levels/soko do not need to be changed.
