- redirect stdout/stderr on Windows to the Enigma standard user path
- use filenames "Output.log", "Error.log"
- this fixes access permission problems on Vista, Windows 7 for the
old log files that have been written aside the app executable
Note:
- a SDL.dll compiled with --disable-stdio-redirect should be used
