Test Level new API:
- updates for spitter and other recent additions

Trunk 1.1:
- st_ice: no longer movable while breaking
- st_plaster_movebreakable: no longer movable while breaking
- st_rawglass: add texture st_rawglass_quad - static version only
- st_spitter:
- extracted to own hh/cc files
- added attribute state: IDLE, ACTIVE = default
- IDLE spitter does not allow spitting
- fixed break anim: single anim run, spead up
- fixed spitter/swap interaction: reset anim after swap
Note:
- some images are currently just available for 800x600 resolution!

-> Animations for st_spitter for gfx{32,48}
-> GIMP source files for all spitter images

TODO: images for gfx{16,64}

-> Models and shadows for st_rawglass and st_rawglass_quad for gfx{16,64}

-> Gfx for new animations of st_spitter (currently only gfx40, others will come soon)

Trunk 1.1: refman
- Chapter 5 Lua API additions for datatypes object and group

-> New models for:

TODO:
- Decide about grey value of glass shadows
- Test ice_break in different contexts (to much fl_ice in the gfx?)

- grp(group) - clean group from invalid objects

Some Changes to Lotm 4/2009
- Corrected spelling and typos
- Adjusted the layout
- Added a missing image to lotm_200904_de
- Attached the appeal for more articles from our readers at the end of the files.

To do:
Nothing. No need to to bring the Russian version into line with the English one.
