Test Level new API:
- added level for explosion, bomb, dynamite and yinyang objects
- some updates

Trunk 1.1: new API reengineering
- reengineering bomb dispenser stone:
- st-bombs -> st_dispenser, st_dispenser_bombblack
- add support for white bombs and dynamite:
- st_dispenser_bombwhite
- st_dispenser_dynamite
- attribute flavor identical to suffix
- fix bomb item: set correct inventory model

Trunk:
- completed half-forgotten example in refman
- added error message to libmap
- fixed r1507: Pseudo oxyds in flavor "e" are now shown correctly

- Renewing oxyd graphics, first try:
- new, perfectly centered oxyd color dots and pseudo_3 in sizes
16, 32, 40, 48, 64 and 80 (size 80 is in new directory attic/gfx80)
- experimental new oxydb/oxyde-frame - if it's good, it should become the
default frame for plain-based stones (like switches).
- renaming of oxyd/fakeoxyd/quake images and modelnames to use underscore
- renamed "fart" and "likeoxyd" model names to "quake" and "fake_oxyd"

- odometer should not be used in Enigma mode! Use coffee instead.
