- rubberband - handling for min/max limit violations:
- increase RubberViolationStrength to default of 50.0
- just add violation force to other forces
- perform action with value 0 on violation detection

- smooth min/max limit corrections in case of max-min less epsilon
- add handling for min/max limit violations due to actor warping, actor
resurrection, new rubberbands directly violating limits and moving anchor
stones:
- limits can not be extended further than they happen to be
- a constant force that can be configured by the global attribute
RubberViolationStrength (default 10.0) pushes the actors back to the
limits.
