small updates, fixes and warning eliminations:
- update enet to v1.0
- fix level oxydmagnum/oxm010.lua
- define LUA_USE_LINUX for host_os = linux
- fix debian #363687
- renamed enum value "lua" to avoid clashes with namespace "::lua"

- fix *oxyd*.dat load problems for level 0
- add Levelinspector rating summary difficulty (for 1024x768 only)
- add Levelinspector score - number solved (for 1024x768 only)
