- small holes usable in meditations in Enigma (standard) mode

- did set item flag itf_static for Hollow

- enabled level start credit and dedication messages
- fix for level revisions in Subversion "$Revision: n $" format
- ral*.xml levels with auto-revision

Removing obsolete feature branch lua5

several make,tolua,i18n related changes:
- added make special targets: tolua, pot, pos (translate pkg,
update pot, update po's);
- renamed src/px-lua.pkg to src/ecl-lua.pkg - for consistency;
- removed src/gui-lua.pkg - not used at all;
- fix i18n stylesheet for r103 schema changes;
- cleanup of lib-src/lua/Makefile.am - remove Lua 4.0 stuff

-The Lua 5.1 fix for the levels in Experimental.

-moved the "Automation" out of Experimental because it is solvable
