Removing obsolete feature branch lua5

several make,tolua,i18n related changes:
- added make special targets: tolua, pot, pos (translate pkg,
update pot, update po's);
- renamed src/px-lua.pkg to src/ecl-lua.pkg - for consistency;
- removed src/gui-lua.pkg - not used at all;
- fix i18n stylesheet for r103 schema changes;
- cleanup of lib-src/lua/Makefile.am - remove Lua 4.0 stuff

-The Lua 5.1 fix for the levels in Experimental.
-added some levels in Experimental
-deleted some levels in Experimental
-moved the "Automation" out of Experimental because it is solvable

fix score deletion on Windows for r121-123 and branches/lua5

- fix typo "titel" to "title"
- fix possible crashes on ratings.xml save

Here are the lua 5.1 compatible versions of the levels in stable.
And also some new stable levels.

Some updates of the libs:
One new lib: andreas_ghosts.lua:
You will find a demo level for this in the stable pack: pacmarble

Because of backwardcompatibility with older levels, I placed an ant.lua directly under /levels.
But you should NOT use it in new levels!

Merged branches/lua5 changes r105:120 into trunk
Note:
- trunk is now Lua 5.1 !
- levelpacks stable, experimental still need to be converted
- branches/lua5 is closed - will be deleted in near future

branches/lua5: better Lua 5 support, *oxyd*, esprit levelpacks updated
- support for Lua 5 boolean argument values
- new function enigma.IsSameObject(o1,o2) as substitution for o1 == o2
- cleanup of changes
Note: all levelpacks besides stable,experimental should be Lua 5.1 conform
