- #include SDL_mutex for Maemo-compatibility.
- Add helptext for "Shift+ESC"
- in F1 game help menu (still fits on 640x480/320x240),
- manual (English, German).
- "assert" to ensure correct helptext in HelpMenu.
- Better resolution and 64x64 for it-dummy.
- it_cross in a_tut07 to show original position of st_chess,
and removed wrong document text.
- Patch pox_051.
- Uncommented (unused) reference to randseed in ralf15.
- New luatools function: luatools.digits.
Todo:
- Although the manuals have to be worked over to include
the new options menu either way, it might be better to
translate the "Shift+ESC"-helptext already now.
