Trunk 1.1: reengineering new API rotator stone
- renaming to st_rotator, st_rotator_cw, st_rotator_ccw
- state as rotation direction
- attribute "movable" instead of stone variation
- improved light behaviour:
- every light addition causes change
- light changes on moves and swap are fully respected
- fixed strange impulsing behaviour that could cause stones
to be pushed several grids at once or two rotators to move together
- fixed all swap problems concerning light and crashed due to impulses

Options menu restructuring:
- Language flag buttons:
- now own widget (RenderlessImageButton)
- flags are shaded when not used
- Removed default language button.
- Shifted Enigma logo and main menu down to make
place for the language buttons.
- Hopefully fixed options menu translation bug.

Trunk:
- Fix even more of r1103 and r1109: Install language flags
and menu music into correct directories under Linux.
Options restructuring:
- new page "Paths"
- text speed button (1..20, default 8, based in display.cc/hh)
- moved "UpdateVolume" from options.cc/hh to SoundEngine
- small adjustments to spacing in options menu

- fix crashes on world initialization on scrambleIntensity init:
- now it is initialized via api1init.lua
- api 2 defaults temporarily to 10 independent of difficulty
- message "brush" is now an internal message named "_brush"

Restructuring options menu part 2:
- Options menu now uses multiple pages
