Trunk 1.1: new API

- it_trigger consistency: no actions on triggers set to grid
- fix signal legacy convertion: crashes on not existing destinations
- fix wormholes, magnets global var strength and range handling,
update if notified by broadcast message "_updateglobals".
- reengineering Object attribute "inverse" to an objFlags bit
- add Object attribute "nopaction" and objFlags bit OBJBIT_NOP:
no default "toggle" but nop's
