- added Lua 5 library compatibility script
- updated startup.lua, init.lua, models-2d.lua for Lua 5.1
- options and d_models Lua via Tacvek's error handled functions
Note: the app starts, loads simple levels, but level starts fail due to prior
tolua++ problems in models.lua execution.

upgrade to Lua 5.1 and tolua++ 1.0.91 with Tacvek's Enigma patches
- the project compiles, but needs some still some patches to run

reference manual update on XML metadata
Note: the manual is currently like a RFC - it mirrors the schema, but not all features are yet implemented - read the commit messages for progress info.

update level schema, improvements of LevelInspector:
- fine tuning on formating of scores, support of numbers (pushes) besides time
- added authors scores to LevelInspector
- display of scoring target in LevelInspector (time, pushes, moves, ...)
- finished all open level schema improvements (future additions will hopefully
be compatibel to this current version)
- adjusted levels and application to new level schema

- fix no restart on personal besttime besides time hunting mode
- add multiple screenshots of same level by numbering the files (Raouls proposal)

improve LevelInspector, add MonospacedLabel:
- formating of scores
- partial version info display
- bottom part with as much as possible additional info
- MonospacedLabel for aligned display with proportional font
- welcome.xml level fix of version metadata

fix for "extra qualifications" gcc 4.1 complains

add of LevelInspector, RatingManager:
- call from Levelmenu by right-click, or ctrl-click on level
- display of level metadata, public ratings, scores
- score, version and bottom part partial implemented and formatted
- index*ratings.txt activated in index.lua
- use Firefox, Welcome levels as examples
