Trunk 1.1: Fixes

- Lua stack error on st_nil, it_nil, fl_nil (crash fix, especially on group usage)
- FartStone did no more close oxyds (typo)
- YieldedGridStone: temporary fix known cases of false model placement
send system message "_model_reanimated", react on ClusterStone,
ChameleonStone, LaserTrigger
- SwapStone fix bug on kill of a coming swap stone - the gone swap stone
remained with a half image in a dead state:
revert swap in this case and reactivate "gone" swap stone.
- comment error on random support
