Encode / News: Recent posts

I have mothballed the Encode project for the time being due to lack of time.

The Git repository contains some unreleased features, but they also cause regressions.

Mostly internal changes.

Includes huge changes that break everything!

New modules:
* Emacs editor (experimental; requires non-standard version of Emacs).
* Mozilla-based HTML viewer.
* Poppler-based document viewer in a separate package.

Version control support, preferences editor, drag-and-drop, etc.

Messages in the output view can now be clicked to show the source file and line what caused the error. Also the extension system changed so that more extension types can be easily defined.

New releases and notable changes in the Encode Project will be posted here from now on.
