The basic GUI (runEF_basic.sh) shell script does not work. The basic GUI is not started

The shell script contains a number of typos, including the Java path separator (a colon should be used, whereas Windows uses a semi-colon)

Typos fixed and tested. Basic GUI should now start in Linux as well.
