#125 Error compiling emu-tools

Hi,
I get the following error, when trying to compile
emu-tools:

thc@KooLaCiD:~/apps/emu-tools-0.9.4$ make
cd as10k1 && make

The same Error pops up when trying to compile the tools
bundled with the driver (make tools).

you cann't compile emu-tool with gcc 3.3 without this patch, because
of deprecated multiline comments in gcc 3.3
