hi folks, can developers confirm or deny working AC3Pass for Audigy card ? i'm confused: on sf project documentation (updated Feb 23, 2002) audigy ac3pass is stated as missing feature however it looks to me version 0.19a (relesed in May) gives an option to set ac3pass in audigy-script. I coudnt make it work with Creative' DTT3500 (tried with current mplayer -ac hwac3 and ac3-play). Basic S/PDIF works fine. If any testing support is needed - i'll be glad to help. -- bartek kulicki Sopot, Poland current settings (red hat 7.3): [bartek@dwarf bin]$ ./emu-config -I Driver version: 0.19 mixer interface version: 2 Card type: Audigy Output Status: Output Connected: Digital/Analog center-sub Output mode: Digital Output Spdif Frequency: 44 <--- tried 48 and 96 Digital Input Status: CD digital : N/A, Freq: 0.000 kHz Optical In : N/A, Freq: 0.000 kHz RCA Spdif In: N/A, Freq: 0.000 kHz [bartek@dwarf bin]$ ./emu-dspmgr -u Input patches Attached to: ------------- ----------- dig1 Vol "CD-Spdif L" "CD-Spdif R" Pcm Vol "Pcm L" "Pcm R" "Pcm Rear L" "Pcm Rear R" "Pcm center" "Pcm sub" Output patches Attached to: -------------- ----------- Tone Control 3 "Dig Rear L" Tone Control 2 "Dig Rear R" Tone Control 1 "Dig Front R" Tone Control "Dig Front L" ogain Vol "Dig Rear L" "Dig Rear R" vol Vol "Dig Front L" "Dig Front R" AC3pass "Dig Front L" "Dig Front R" [bartek@dwarf bin]$ cat /proc/driver/emu10k1/00\:0c.0/info Driver Version : 0.19a Card type : Audigy Revision : 3 Model : 0x0053 IO : 0xcca0-0xccbf IRQ : 10 Registered /dev Entries: /dev/dsp0 /dev/dsp1 /dev/mixer0 /dev/midi0 |
