Hi, I'm trying to record some digital audio using the SPDIF IN on the LiveDrive II (SBLive Platinum). This is on an SMP linux kernel, 2.4.19-pre2-ac2-preempt. The driver says this: Creative EMU10K1 PCI Audio Driver, version 0.18, 22:25:53 Mar 19 2002 emu10k1: EMU10K1 rev 5 model 0x8040 found, IO at 0xc800-0xc81f, IRQ 19 I have configured the card as follows: emu-config -s"FX" emu-dspmgr -v"Opt. Spdif L:Front L" -mdig1_l emu-dspmgr -v"Opt. Spdif R:Front R" -mdig1_r The card's output is connected to my hifi, and when I play the source, I can hear it, it sounds perfect. When I record the source, and then play it back, it sounds nasty, and is slowed down and lower in pitch than the original. I then tried using the analog inputs (AUX IN 2) - and the same thing happens! What am I doing wrong?! Thanks, Nick |
