Emergy track summing has got an important bug
Brought to you by:

If an emergy steady state simulation model involve
divergent splits and co-productive splits that merge to
make only one resource at the end, the emergy to that
resource can be wrongly computed.
This happen if you attempt to compute the emergy to the
node "X" in the example called "Odum-Tennebaum" given
with EmSim 1.0 (0.8 and 0.9 also).
This is a very important bug, but it should be possible
to fix it. I'll try.

Remark: simpler examples are correctly computed however.

Ok, the problem is identified:
when a resource has got a set of co-produced emergy
contributions (so from the same emergy source), then EmSim
can only deal with one set of co-products and other
independent contributions. This means that if there the
resource requires the products A, B, C and D (from the same
emergy independent input source) to be made and if A and B
are co-products and C and D are also co-products, then EmSim
will fail in the emergy computation because it will consider
A,B,C and D co-products!
The field currentCoproducts in the StaticEmergyTrackSumming
class should be update in order to deal with several sets of
co-products from the same source. Filling this data should
also be re-thinked...
This bug however may only affect very complex energy graphs
that usually people don't deal with. I hope to fix it but
since I've no time it would be fine if someone else could
help. Regards,
Raph.
