#3 cloning cells makes simulations wrong

Until the 1.0 (and probably also 1.1) versions, copying
a cell won't correcly instanciate the cell model
required for the simulation. I will try to fix it (look
what is said about cloning user objects in the JGraph
website), else don't use copy/paste for simulatiopn
purposes, instead create new cells.
