By coincidence I typed 'sat 123 sect ?ne=c'
(with 'ne' instead of 'des') to find the capitals of my
enemy -
and to my surprise it did not only show the current
capitals, but also the other sectors with 'c' and new
designation. We were quite surprised that spy sats have
this undocumented capability and have verified it in
several settings. I wonder if this is intentional...

Disclaimer: I didn't actually reproduce this.
I have no problem with `sate' disclosing new designations.
It already discloses so much. But it should give all
information it can give in ordinary output, not through
sneaky selectors.
All selectors should be checked. Any command that somehow
lists sectors you don't own could be affected as well.
