#39 Alternative sort order on main screen

I would like to have an alternative sort order of the employees on the screen.
With choice to use alfabetic on first/ alfabetic on lastname / on id / alternative order (external id).
Sometime I have to compare to a list of an external organisation (medical etc), that have their own order (other id's as ours). If I have an extra field for the alternative order, I can fill these id's there, and get the employees ordered like that on screen.
