A problem has been found that puts a shortcut named favicon.ico on the desktop instead of the program. This error has been fixed in version 1.4.9.3.1, available now. If you want this to work properly, please go to Program Files > Empire 1.5 Consumer Preview and disinstall the program and reinstall it from Sourceforge. Or you could do it manually by right-clicking it and clicking Send To > Desktop (create a shortcut). Thank you for your collaboration.
