#69 Let users configure the default source/output folder names

At the moment, the NewDotNetProjectCreationPage class has the 'src' and 'bin' strings hard coded into the text widget. Users should be able to set a new default name to be used through the preferences similar to JDT's 'Java/Build Path' preference page.
