#102 Build.xml not created if no src/bin-dirs

If a new project is created and src and bin directories are set to "", no build.xml is created (even if set within the text boxes)

Fixed in CVS HEAD. The project is now created although we have a different problem now because we do not store information about the source/bin folders anywhere. I've opened bug 1845738 for this.
