#88 Problematice classes summary page

We use EMMA to track classes that has lower than
desired method and line coverage. In order to do that
we need to walk through all packages, and spot those
files. It would be really time-saving to have a special
link "Most Problematic File" which points to a page
with top 50 least covered classes (according to
provided sort conditions).
