#46 embed/link report properties in the reports

A number of report generation-time properties affect the
exact report output (units, column and row sorting,
coverage thresholds, etc). It might be useful to
somehow embed an externalization of these properties
(perhaps all report.* property values) inside the reports
themselves to help users see how the reports were
generated and how they can be reproduced.

In the HTML report is might be an HREF link to a
separate file and in the XML report this might be a new
nested element, but it is less clear how to do this in the
plain text report.
