#113 Reporting - support for package filtering
Add an option to allow the reporting step to exclude or include named packages or package trees.
On our project we want to produce separate reports, with different coverage targets, for different packages in our source tree - core functionality requires a higher coverage than non-core, and the coverage target for GUI is lower than for non-GUI.
Ideally I'd like to see two options supported: include all packages, exclude named packages/trees and exclude all packages, include named packages/trees.
