#102 New emma report option switches

Current reporting via emma report did not have any
commandline switches that allow:

1. A report title ("What is a this report about?")
2. A report description/abstract(" What this reports
entails?")
2. A report executor id : ( Who or what executes the
generation of this report?:User id or Team or another
tool)
3. Report Build of Material(RBOM) from which this
report was assembled from (i.e. what *.ec, *.em files).
