The coverage summary tables have 2 colors: red and black. Red indicates coverage numbers that are below the user-provided minima. Red is meant to act as a visual aid to determine packages, classes, and methods that need more testing attention.
In the linked source code (HTML report only) there are 3 colors used to mark up executable source code lines (just like traffic lights :). Red and green are obvious (zero and 100% coverage). Yellow indicates that the line has partial coverage.
