#54 Signed jars should be automatically unsigned

While modifying a jar in-place, Emma will change the
class files, but it will keep the old signature of a
signed jar file. Obviously, Emma cannot correct the
signature, but I suggest that signing information
should be silently removed, because otherwise the
changed jars are not usable, reducing the value of the
in-place update. Occasionally, one will have to resign
the jars, but at least it will work in some cases.

I admit that jar signing is a tricky matter, but this
feature would be a cute little detail.
