if PRAM is zapped and MacOS is not restarted before
booting with EMILE, the first stage is loaded and Mac
hangs (the screen is cleaned)

tested on quadra 610

    Problem seems to come because 32bit mode is disabled on a
    PRAM zap.
    fix consisting to enable 32bit mode at emile startup (reboot
    if needed)
    fix in first/first.S 1.7
