Executing traceability rules

This tutorial explains how to execute traceability rules using the EMFTrace Client. For a general introduction into the rule-concept of EMFTrace please refer to this this tutorial.

1. Select the project you want to apply the rules upon.

2. Right-click on the project

3. Press "Apply rules"

4. Select a rule catalog containing the rules you want to execute or press "Next"

5. Select the rules you want to apply or none if you selected a catalog in the previous step

6. Press "Next"

7. Select the models you want to apply the rules upon or none, if the rules should be applied on all models of the project

8. Press "Next"

9. Specify the size of n-grams and the required correlation for string matching (used by "SimilarTo"-conditions)

10. Press "Finish" and wait until all rules have been executed
