#5 Error while printing to JPG and any other raster format

EMFPrinter prints correctly to EMF format but throws an error printing to raster formats (tried JPG, BMP, GIF, ...).

The error is:
Could not save as '<filename>' the printer output!
Internal error.
Please submit a bug report at http://emfprinter.sourceforge.net

  • Same behavior with any type of document, even with Printer Test Page
  • No events in event viewer
  • No log file
  • Tried to statically set ImageMagik convert.exe path in configuration dialog
  • Monitored spoolsv.exe process with Sysinternals Procmon but nothing relevant found
  • Tried on 2 different WinXP-SP2-FullUpdate machines and on a freshly new installed vmWare WinXP guest

    6 months without a reply, maybe a version with detailed log to trace out what's happening.
    While waiting, I just tried it on 6 more PCs: same bug.

    I consider this project as dead.

    sorry for the huge delay but I have almost no time for this project. Can you test again with version 0.3.2?

    I'm marking this bug as "pending"; when/if you test the new version, please re-set it to "open".

    Tried the 0.3.2 with ImageMagick 6.4.5 and:

    • the About Box says version 0.3.1
    • it throws the same error
