#2 cross gcc should make symlink/copy under target prefix

I just installed task-cross-arm (thanks a lot for that! Building arm
crosspompilers with gcc-2.95.2 has been quite a pain).

It would be nice if gcc made itself avaliable under
/usr/arm-linux/bin/gcc

like the binutils do.
